$99one-time

Paid securely with Stripe. Full refund if you aren't submitted within 72 hours.

By continuing you agree to the Terms. You're paying for an employee's review and, if they vouch for you, an internal submission. It does not guarantee an interview or an offer.

Four steps. No networking required.

  1. Send your requestCompany, job link, CV. Pay $99 once. Nothing else to set up.
  2. A referrer reviews youA verified employee at that company reads your CV against the role. If they decide not to vouch for you, you're refunded in full.
  3. You're submitted internallyThey refer you through the company's own tool within 72 hours, and you get the proof.
  4. Your application carries a nameIt enters the referral queue with an employee's name attached, instead of arriving cold.

This is what you're paying for.

Not a promise, not a screenshot from us — proof that the submission happened, straight from the company's own hiring system. Sometimes that's an email, sometimes a portal status or an in-app notice.

Illustrative example of a submission confirmation. The channel and wording differ by company — email, applicant portal, or in-app notice.

What you're paying for, exactly.

You pay for a real person's time to read your CV and decide whether to put their name next to yours. That's it. No outcomes are sold.

  • Verified referrers. Every referrer proves employment with a company email and a live profile check.
  • Proof of submission. You receive the confirmation from the company's own system, not a screenshot from us.
  • Referrers can say no. We cap how many people each referrer submits, so a referral still means something to the recruiter.
  • 72 hours or refunded. Not submitted in time, or not vouched for? The full $99 goes back to your card.

What the review actually gets you.

Three things we hear: the notes, the speed, and knowing where you stand.

“She came back with two lines on my CV before she submitted anything — said the payments work was buried on page two. I moved it up. That's the part I didn't expect to get.”

“I'd applied to the same team cold in March and never heard back. This time the confirmation email came from their system 40 hours after I paid, with someone's name on it.”

“He declined me, honestly. Said I was a year short for that level and told me which role to try instead. Refund landed the same day — I'd rather know than wait six weeks.”

Questions people ask before paying.

Is this allowed by the companies?

Referral policies differ by company. Every referrer agrees to follow their employer's rules, and they only submit candidates they've reviewed and would put their name to. That's why a referrer can decline, and why you're refunded when they do.

Does a referral guarantee an interview?

No. It means your application is submitted through the internal referral channel with an employee's name attached. Interviews and offers depend on the role and your profile, and we don't sell either.

Who are the referrers?

Current employees at the companies shown, verified with their work email and a live profile check. Most are individual contributors or managers who also earn their company's referral bonus if a candidate is hired.

What happens after I pay?

Your request goes to a referrer at that company. You get an email when they accept, and the company's own confirmation once you're submitted. If you aren't submitted within 72 hours, or the referrer decides not to vouch for you, you're refunded in full.

What if the referrer says no?

You get the full $99 back. Referrers only submit people they'd genuinely vouch for — that's what keeps a referral worth something to the recruiter reading it, and it's why we cap how many each referrer sends.

Can I request several companies?

Yes. Each company is a separate request, so a different employee reviews you at each one. Bundles for three or more are coming.

I work at one of these companies. Can I refer people?

Yes. You review requests for your company, accept only the ones you'd vouch for, submit them through your internal tool, and earn $50 per accepted referral on top of any bonus your employer pays. Email ed@heybrother.xzy to get verified.

Something's wrong, or I have another question — who do I contact?

Email ed@heybrother.xzy and we'll get back to you directly. That's also where refund and status questions go if 72 hours pass without an update.
